Sam Finco is a Board Certified Master Arborist dedicated to preserving the Urban Forest. We are not a tree service, hired to cut, kill, and remove trees. We work with ecology to craft an environment that works well for people and their trees focusing on long term success.

SAM FINCO
Sam Finco, the owner and operator of The Arborist, is a Board Certified Master Arborist with 12 years in the Arboriculture Industry with a wide range of experience. Working all over the USA but based in Neenah Wisconsin with his wife and two dogs. He has climbed 180' Redwoods in Oregon and 400 year old Oaks in Maryland. His life work is that of an Arborist and will do everything possible to retain and improve his homes urban forest.
THE MISSION
Most interactions with a tree service incorrectly start with the question "What do you want cut?"
The way we work is to ask "What is the problem?" followed by a detailed plan backed by science, education, and certification to solve problems for both you and your trees. We aren't equipped to handle any and all jobs, nor do we want to do them. We are here to preserve, retain, and manage trees to enjoy a long future together.
